Cottage Rental (Third Notice)

The deadline for proposals to rent your cottage to the Town for use by our sheriff’s deputy next season is September 15th.  The projected rental period is May 24 – October 8, 2019.  If you are interested, please send an email to: townclerk@fryeislandtown.org.  Include your name, the cottage lot number, your proposed rental fee for the period, times when the premises can be visited prior to October 6, any special requirements or conditions, and any amenities included (golf cart, kayak etc.).  The selection will be made by the Town Manager on the basis of the best value to the Town for a suitable cottage.
