Welcome to Frye Island!  We would like to extend warm wishes to you and your family for joining our community.

• For the most up to date information, please read the FINS (Frye Island News Service) released every Friday during the season.  The FINS can be found in the mailbox at the ferry landing or on the island outside the mail room.  All FINS from 2016 - present can be found in the Public Documents folder.

• There are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED on the island.  Our unique island environment with heavy forestation and winds off the lake make fire one of the biggest safety hazards to the island.

• Information on Town Office & Clerk 

• All golf carts must be registered with the town of FI annually.

• Please see Island Maps  where you can find a map of all recreation locations, beaches, and trails.

• There are no kayaks, rafts, or boats allowed at Recreation Beach due to deed restrictions.

• As of 2022, an adopted ordinance requires all Moorings to be registered and approved by the town harbormaster.

• Transfer Station hours are posted in the FINS.  Household trash must be bagged.
