The registered owner of any golf cart operated within the Town of Frye Island is responsible for compliance with this article. Any violations of this article and all associated fines and penalties shall therefore inure to the registered owner, in addition to any judgments that may arise separately from violations of applicable State of Maine motor vehicle laws.
- Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 210-3, § 210-4A, B, C, D, E, F, G or H, or § 210-5A or B of this article shall be fined $200 for the first offense, and $500 for each subsequent offense.

- UTV Violations
- The registered owner of any UTV operated within the Town of Frye Island is responsible for compliance with this article. Any violations of this article and all associated fines and penalties shall therefore inure to the registered owner, in addition to any judgments that may arise separately from violations of applicable State of Maine motor vehicle laws.
- Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article except § 210-12 L or M shall be fined $200 for the first offense and $500 for each subsequent offense.

- Per §158-9-L & §158-13-B: Identified moorings that are unregistered will have a one time fine of $200.00. If the mooring is still unregistered fourteen days after the receipt of the Town letter, the Town will have the option to remove the mooring.

- Watering Ban Ordinance
- Violators may face fines of $500 per day plus court fees for each day that one or more restrictions are violated after receiving written notice of such violation.
